What this website stores
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
Each language has its own address, so nothing needs to be remembered about you. The only thing your browser notes down is that the opening animation has already played, and it is erased when you close the tab.
The fonts and images are served from this same domain. No request goes to Google, Meta or any other provider.
When you write to us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the partner form, we process the data you send us in order to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide the service. The legal basis is your request and, afterwards, the contract between us.
The partner form does not send anything to a server: it opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and nothing is sent until you press send. Nothing is stored here.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a service are deleted once they are closed. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for commercial and tax purposes.
We do not sell, publish or share client data. We never publish the name of a client.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, by writing to us through the contact details in the footer. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
